This session is about changing the inner narrative that has been quietly shaping your emotional life. Many emotional struggles persist not because you lack awareness—but because subconscious beliefs, fears, and protective patterns are still running in the background. Rewrite the Script gently brings these patterns into awareness and offers a safe way to release and replace them. This session helps you move from automatic emotional reactions to intentional, aligned responses.
Rather than forcing positive thinking or affirmations, Sandra works with the subconscious mind in a gentle, consent-based, trauma-aware way. NLP and light hypnotherapy are used to support—not override—your nervous system. Nothing is imposed. New beliefs are introduced only when the system feels safe enough to receive them.

Here, boundaries are reframed not as walls, but as acts of self-care and emotional safety.

The nervous system is gently guided out of survival mode and into safety, allowing honest expression to unfold naturally.
